Terms of Use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 13 CONTAINS A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Important: research-based information, not medical advice
All information, recommendations and instructions in the Book, the App, on the Site, in Atas Dispatch and anywhere else we publish them are based on research. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or emergency help. How you use them is your choice and your responsibility.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the author and publisher are not responsible for how anyone uses the information, recommendations or instructions we provide, and accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage that results from their use or misuse. You're responsible for your own safety, your own judgment and obeying the law. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
How you agree. Our signup and checkout forms ask you to tick a box agreeing to these Terms, including this section, before you continue. You can't sign up or check out without it. Using the Services also means you accept these Terms.
1. Agreement; parties
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sidera Inc. ("we," "us" or "our"), the publisher and service provider engaged by the author Atas to publish, sell and operate No One Is Coming (the "Book"), the website nooneiscoming.us (the "Site"), the No One Is Coming app (the "App"), user accounts, and the community board (together, the "Services"). By purchasing, creating an account, or accessing or using any part of the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility; 18+ representation
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. We do not verify identity, and we rely on this representation. Accounts registered by or for persons under 18 are prohibited and will be terminated.
3. Purchases, devices and accounts
(a) Purchase. The Book is sold as printed paperbacks (two volumes, or a set) and as PDF editions of each volume, at the price shown when you buy (see Section 3C). Each paperback purchase includes the App, yours to use, reading the Book online on the Site indefinitely, and one year of Radar, Atas Dispatch and app updates. When that year ends, Radar, Atas Dispatch and app updates renew automatically until you cancel (see Section 4). A PDF edition purchase includes only the PDF, as described in Section 3C.
(b) Devices. Each purchase includes one unlock code, which may be active on up to two (2) devices at a time. Codes are personal to the purchaser and the purchaser's household and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
(c) Moving to a new device. To use the App on a different device, open the App on the old device and tap "Release this device," then unlock the new device with the same code. If a device is lost, stolen or no longer works, you may release it from your account page on the Site after signing in with the email address used for the purchase, your password and the code we send you, or email [email protected] from that email address and we will release it. A released device stops working the next time it connects to our servers. To prevent code sharing, self-serve releases are limited to three (3) per code in any 24-hour period. We may decline releases that appear to be abuse or code sharing.
(d) Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
(e) License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not copy, export, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent any access control of the App or its content.
Refunds follow our refund policy. Every refund request must be emailed to [email protected], explaining why and asking for the refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect copies. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. PDF editions are digital sales, which are final and not refunded (see Section 3C).
3A. Community board access
Every purchase (one paperback volume or the two-volume set) includes one (1) year of Radar, Atas Dispatch access (the community forum), the monthly newsletter, and all App updates and new content, from the purchase date. For purchases made before the App launches, this access runs from the purchase date until one (1) year after the date the App launches, and your plan starts billing on that date. It also includes reading the Book online on the Site indefinitely (see Section 3B). Forum access lasts as long as your access period. Expiration does not affect your license to the Book or the App, except that the Book in the App locks for buyers without a Book, as described below, and you keep your account. When your access ends, the App keeps working offline with the Book and everything already downloaded, and, if you bought a Book, you can still read it online, but without updates, Radar or Atas Dispatch until you renew. If you bought the App without a Book, the Book in the App is available only while your access is active. When your access ends, it locks in the App until you renew.
3B. Reading the Book online
If you buy a paperback volume or the two-volume set, you may read the volume or volumes you bought online on the Site indefinitely, whether or not you have a plan. The online reader is for your personal reading only. You may not download, print, copy, scrape, record or share its content, or try to get around its limits. To prevent bulk copying, we limit how many sections and pictures you can open each hour, and each page carries a faint stamp with your order number and the date. We may suspend online reading for misuse. A full refund ends online reading for that order.
3C. PDF editions
We sell each volume of the Book as a PDF download at the price shown when you buy, and from time to time at a sale price for the dates shown. A PDF purchase is the PDF of the volume you buy and nothing else: it is the book only. It does not include the App, an unlock code, reading the Book online, Radar, Atas Dispatch, app updates or any plan, and it never renews. A PDF purchase is not a paperback purchase, and its order can't be used as proof of a book order for App access or online reading. After payment we email you a download link that works for seven (7) days and for up to two (2) downloads, and the password that opens your copy. Each PDF is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read it on your own devices and print pages for your own household. You get the edition that is current on the day you buy; later corrections or new editions are not included. Each copy carries its own copy number on every page and in the file, and we keep a record of which copy went to which order. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the PDF or its password, or remove or hide the copy number.
All digital sales are final. PDF purchases are not refundable, exchangeable or cancellable once paid, because a downloaded file can't be returned. If your download fails or your file is damaged, email [email protected] from your order email and we will help you get a working copy.
4. Atas Dispatch (optional)
Atas Dispatch is the No One Is Coming community forum, where members share what's working and ask questions. A plan ($3.99 a month or $40 a year), which you can cancel anytime, includes new content available in the App and on the Site, Atas Dispatch (the community forum), the monthly newsletter (with seasonal prep tips for different regions of the country), and first access to gear, merchandise and announcements. Every purchase (one paperback volume or the two-volume set) includes one (1) year of Radar, Atas Dispatch and all App updates from the purchase date or, for purchases made before the App launches, until one (1) year after the date the App launches. After that, your plan renews automatically at $40 per year until you cancel. You may switch between $40 per year and $3.99 per month in your account; the change takes effect on your next renewal date. If you later start a new plan from the renewal page, you may choose $3.99 per month or $40 per year. If your plan ends, you keep your account and the App keeps working offline with the Book and everything already downloaded, and, if you bought a Book, you can still read it online, but without updates, Radar or Atas Dispatch until you renew. Your plan renews automatically at its price ($40 a year, or $3.99 a month for a monthly plan) until you cancel. We'll email you about 30 days before a yearly renewal. We'll email you before your plan renews. Cancel anytime in your account; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel, Radar, Dispatch and new App content end when the period you paid for ends. If you bought a Book, the Book is yours to keep, and you can keep reading it online and using the App offline with the content already downloaded. If you bought the App without a Book, the Book in the App locks when that period ends and opens again when you renew; you keep your account. Questions: [email protected].
5. Assumption of risk
THE BOOK, APP, SITE AND ALL RELATED CONTENT, INCLUDING INFORMATION ON SURVIVAL, FORAGING, FIREARMS, TOOLS, FOOD PRESERVATION, WATER TREATMENT AND MEDICAL CARE, ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, LEGAL, SAFETY OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR DEATH. NO PLANT IDENTIFICATION FEATURE OR CONTENT ESTABLISHES THAT ANY PLANT IS SAFE TO EAT. YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES, AND YOU ACT AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, INCLUDING THOSE GOVERNING FIREARMS, FORAGING AND LAND USE. Any county or provincial warning information is provided as a preparedness reminder only, is not an official warning service, and does not replace official alerts or 911.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
7. Release and limitation of liability
(a) Released Parties. "Released Parties" means us and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and affiliates, and the author.
(b) Release. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, ANY USER CONTENT, OR ANY DISPUTE OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANOTHER USER OR THIRD PARTY. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party," and any similar law of any jurisdiction.
(c) Limitation. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
(d) Scope. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or the release of certain claims, including claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud. In those jurisdictions, the foregoing applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to, or does, render any person immune from suit.
8. User content and conduct
(a) You are solely responsible for all content you post ("User Content") and for any communication, meeting or transaction you conduct with another user, including any off-platform contact and any offline sale or trade. We are not a party to any transaction between users and make no representation about any user, item or offer.
(b) You shall not post: personal contact information (including telephone numbers, email addresses or physical addresses) of yourself or others; offers to buy or sell sex, illegal drugs (including marijuana) or stolen or illicit goods; sexual images or other sexual uploads, including profile pictures; spam or scams; step-by-step or detailed instructions for making bombs or IEDs or for converting any firearm to full-auto; offers to sell full-auto conversion parts (such as auto sears, Glock switches or lightning links); any arrangement to skip a background check or a federally licensed dealer (FFL); unlawful, threatening, harassing or infringing material; or any content that sexualizes minors. Talk about sex between adults, talk about marijuana (including growing it and medicinal use), general discussion of how things work without step-by-step instructions, and talk about legal, registered, ATF-approved full-auto ownership are allowed.
(c) Sales. Discussion of firearm and gear sales is permitted only in the Trading Post section of the Site. Guns, ammo and gear, including prices, may be discussed there. Payment methods, meetups and other arrangements to complete a sale may not be posted; posts that include them are held for review, and the members must finish the deal offline (for example, by using Request contact). Any firearm transfer must take place offline through a federally licensed dealer, in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local transfer laws.
(d) Usernames, profile pictures and contact sharing. You must choose a username before you post. It is the name other members see, and your real name is not shown unless you choose to share it. A moderator reviews every new or changed profile picture before other members see it; until then, other members see the first letter of your username. In your board settings you may choose to share your email, phone number or real name, each separately. All are off unless you turn them on, and shared details are shown only to signed-in members. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
(e) You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
(f) How long posts stay. You can access your posts and chats for up to one year.
9. Moderation rights
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, screen (including by automated means), hold for review, edit, refuse or remove any User Content, and may issue warnings, timeouts or bans, in our sole discretion and with or without notice. Moderation decisions are made case by case and do not create any duty to you or any third party.
10. Copyright; DMCA notices
We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. Our designated agent is: DMCA Agent, No One Is Coming, P.O. Box 713, Glendive, MT 59330, [email protected]. A notice must include: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Counter-notices may be submitted as provided in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
11. Child safety; NCMEC reporting
Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") is strictly prohibited. We will remove it, preserve it as required by law, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, cooperate with law enforcement, and permanently terminate the responsible account.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, your transactions or contact with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
13. Binding individual arbitration; class-action waiver
(a) Arbitration. Except for claims within small-claims jurisdiction and claims for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.
(b) Class-action waiver. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.
(c) 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this Section by emailing [email protected] within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms, stating your name, purchase email and intent to opt out.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, tokens or access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections 5 through 13 and 15 through 17 survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, subject to Section 13.
16. Severability; entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
17. Changes
We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
