Your activation email is on its way from [email protected]. If you don't see it in a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder and mark it as not junk or not spam.

Still missing after 15 minutes? Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.

Release the old device in the app or at your account, then unlock the new phone with the same code.

Enter the unlock code from your purchase email again. Each code works on 2 devices.

Light, Dark (black and safety orange), and Red Light (dim red). Red Light is for reading a map at night: harder to spot and easier on your night vision.

Website accounts use email and password. Then a 6-character code goes to your unlocked app, or to your email if you have no app device yet.

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (it's in the confirmation email), and tell us why you're asking for a refund. A full refund turns off the app, Radar and Atas Dispatch access that came with the purchase.
