This policy covers purchases from nooneiscoming.us, sold by Sidera Inc. ("we").

How refunds work

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your order email, say why, and ask for the refund.

Paperback volumes and the set (plus shipping; each includes the app, reading the book online for good, and one year of Radar, Atas Dispatch and all app updates): Ask within 30 days of purchase. Return the books unmarked and in their original wrapping. You pay return shipping, and we refund the full price once we receive them. The app unlock code is then deactivated on all devices. Original shipping isn't refunded.
PDF editions: all digital sales are final. PDF purchases aren't refunded, exchanged or cancelled. If your download fails or your file is damaged, email [email protected] from your order email and we'll help you get a working copy.
App devices: each code works on 2 devices, and there's nothing extra to buy. To move to a new phone, tap Release this device on the old one. If a phone is lost, release it from your account page, or email [email protected] from your purchase email and we'll free it.
Damaged or misprinted paperback: email a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Lost in transit: if tracking shows no delivery after the estimated window, contact us and we'll reship or refund.
App Store and Google Play purchases: refunds follow Apple's and Google's own refund rules; request them through the store you bought from.
Radar, Atas Dispatch and app updates after the first year ($3.99 a month or $40 a year): a yearly renewal ($40) can be refunded within 30 days of the charge, and a monthly renewal ($3.99) within 3 days of the charge. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the reason. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request. The plan renews automatically until you cancel. We'll email you before your plan renews. Cancel anytime in your account; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, the app keeps working offline with the book and everything you've already downloaded, but without updates, Atas Dispatch or Radar. Without a book order, the book in the app locks if you don't renew, and opens again when you do. The year of Radar, Atas Dispatch and app updates included with every purchase is part of that purchase and isn't refunded separately.

Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect copies. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
