Referral Terms — No One Is Coming
Publisher: Sidera Inc. (d/b/a No One Is Coming) (“we,” “us,” or “our”)
Site: nooneiscoming.us
These Referral Terms explain how customer referral codes work for No One Is Coming by Atas. By sharing or using a referral code, you agree to these terms. They apply only to ordinary customer referrals (friend-to-friend), not to the separate Affiliate program.
1. How referrals work (customer-facing amounts)
When a friend checks out with your valid referral code:
- Your friend gets a discount on that order; the exact amount is shown at checkout.
- You receive a store credit toward a later purchase; the exact amount is shown at checkout.
Checkout, share pages, and credit balances always show dollar amounts. They do not say “20% off.”
How the dollar amounts are calculated (terms only)
The friend’s discount and your credit are each equal to 20% of Net on the referred order (see Section 2). That percentage appears only in these terms. Customer-facing copy must use dollars, with examples like those above.
Amounts change when the sale price or costs change. On Black Friday and other sales, referrals still work, but Net is lower, so the friend’s savings and your credit are smaller (for example, on a deeply discounted paperback the amounts may be well under a dollar each).
2. Definition of Net
For each order line, Net means:
1. The sale price we actually receive for that line;
minus printing cost (for printed products);
minus Lulu shipping and fulfillment fees for that line (for printed products);
minus card and payment-processing fees for that line;
minus sales tax collected on that line;
minus any refunds, chargebacks, or credits for that line.
Net is never less than zero. For digital-only lines with no print or Lulu costs, Net is sale price received minus payment fees, minus tax, minus refunds and chargebacks for that line.
3. Rules
- One code per order. Referral codes do not combine with affiliate codes, other discount codes, or another referral code on the same order.
- No self-referral. You may not use your own code on your own orders.
- Credit has no cash value. Store credit is only usable toward eligible purchases on our Site or app checkout. It is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable except as we allow in writing.
- Refunds. If the referred order is refunded or charged back, the friend’s discount is unwound with the refund, and any credit you received from that order is forfeited (we may remove it from your balance or deduct it from a later credit).
- Eligibility. We may refuse or revoke codes used for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
- We decide attribution and Net calculations.
4. Private business details
Sharers may not share private business details about No One Is Coming (including non-public pricing math, internal processes, or unpublished business arrangements). This short rule is not a full confidentiality agreement; affiliates are covered separately by the Affiliate Agreement. Nothing here stops you from making the disclosures the law requires.
4A. Tell people you get a credit
Because you earn store credit when a friend uses your code, say so when you share it publicly, for example: "I get a store credit if you use my code."
5. Product nature
The book, app, and related content are research-based informational materials. They are not medical advice. Plant identification and similar features do not make anything safe to eat. You are responsible for how you use the information.
6. Changes; contact
We may update these Referral Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of referral codes after the effective date means you accept the update.
