Affiliate Agreement — No One Is Coming
Version: October 23, 2026
Publisher: Sidera Inc. (d/b/a No One Is Coming) (“we,” “us,” or “our”)
Product: No One Is Coming by Atas (pen name), sold at nooneiscoming.us (the “Site”), including the paperback volumes (Vol. 1: Bug-In, Vol. 2: Bug-Out and the two-volume set), the app, and related membership offerings (together, the “Products”)
Affiliate: the person or entity that accepts this Agreement (“you” or “Affiliate”)
By applying for, accepting, or using an affiliate code, link, or dashboard for No One Is Coming, you agree to this Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not promote our Products or use an affiliate code.
1. What this program is
You may promote our Products using an approved affiliate code or tracked link that we assign to you. When a customer completes a qualifying purchase that is correctly attributed to your code, you may earn a commission as described below. You are not our employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent. You are an independent contractor.
This program is offered only for promotions aimed at audiences in the United States, in English. We may decline, suspend, or end any application or account at our discretion.
2. Commission tiers (percentage of Net, never Gross)
Your commission rate is a percentage of Net for each qualifying order line, based on the follower count you report (and that we may verify) on the primary platform you use to promote:
| Follower count | Commission rate (of Net) |
|---|---|
| Under 100,000 | 10% |
| 100,000 – 499,999 | 15% |
| 500,000 – 999,999 | 20% |
| 1,000,000 or more | 25% |
We may ask for proof of follower count and may adjust your tier if the count is inaccurate or changes materially. Commission is never calculated on the sticker (gross) price alone.
3. Definition of Net
For each order line (each product unit on a paid order), Net means:
1. The sale price we actually receive for that line;
minus
2. Printing cost (for printed Products);
minus
3. Lulu shipping and fulfillment fees attributable to that line (for printed Products);
minus
4. Card and payment-processing fees attributable to that line;
minus
5. Sales tax collected on that line;
minus
6. Any refunds, chargebacks, or credit-memo amounts attributable to that line.
Net is never less than zero. For any digital Products that have no printing or Lulu costs, Net is the sale price received minus payment-processing fees, minus sales tax collected, minus refunds and chargebacks for that line.
Commissions are calculated only on Net. Affiliate commissions remain available during sales, including Black Friday; the rate still applies to Net, so the dollar commission is smaller when the sale price (and therefore Net) is lower.
4. Attribution and qualifying orders
- One code per order. A customer may use one promotional code on an order (affiliate, referral, or store credit). Codes do not stack.
- Attribution follows the code or tracked link present at checkout for that order.
- An order qualifies only if payment clears and the purchase is not later refunded or charged back in a way that removes Net for that line.
- No commission on refunded orders. If an order or line is refunded or charged back, any commission for that order or line is voided, and we may deduct previously accrued amounts from future payouts.
We are the final decision-maker on attribution, Net calculations, and whether an order qualifies.
5. Payouts
- Commissions accrue after a 30-day refund window from the order date (or longer if a chargeback or dispute is open).
- Accrued, cleared commissions are paid monthly, typically in the month after they clear the refund window, by a method we designate (for example, Stripe Connect, PayPal, or similar), once you have provided any tax and identity information we reasonably require.
- We may set a reasonable minimum payout threshold. Amounts below the threshold roll forward.
- You are responsible for any taxes on amounts we pay you. We may issue tax forms where required by law.
- We may withhold, offset, or reverse amounts that arose from fraud, policy violations, refunds, chargebacks, or calculation errors.
6. FTC disclosure and marketing rules
You must follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guides and all other applicable advertising laws.
You must:
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us in every post, video, story, email, or other promotion where you use your code or link (for example, #ad and/or a plain statement such as “I earn a commission if you buy”), placed where people will notice it before they buy or click.
- Use only claims about the Products that we have approved in writing or that appear in our current public marketing materials on the Site.
- Direct people to the official Site or checkout we designate.
You must not:
- Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the Products, results, safety, or the author.
- Imply that the author (Atas) or anyone behind the publisher served in the military, an intelligence agency, or any government role. Atas is a researcher who interviewed operators and intelligence professionals, along with friends and other people of interest; that is the only accurate framing.
- Bid on our brand names, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, social ads, or similar channels without our prior written approval.
- Spam (including unsolicited bulk email, fake engagement, or deceptive redirects).
- Present yourself as us, as Atas, or as an official spokesperson.
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions tied to the violation.
7. Confidentiality
You may not disclose to anyone outside your need-to-know advisors bound by confidentiality:
- The existence or terms of this Agreement (except as needed to make lawful advertising disclosures);
- Your commission rates, payout amounts, or payment history;
- The business arrangement between you and us; or
- Any information about the identity of the author beyond the pen name Atas, or about the people behind the publisher, that is not already public on the Site with our approval.
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
Carve-out: Nothing in this Agreement stops you from making the disclosures the law requires, such as #ad or “I earn a commission,” or from disclosures required by law, regulation, court order, or government demand (provided that, where legally allowed, you give us prompt notice so we may seek a protective order).
8. Intellectual property and approved materials
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our name, Product titles, and approved marketing creatives solely to promote the Products under this Agreement. You acquire no ownership rights. On request or on termination, you must stop using our marks and materials.
You may not alter our trademarks in a way that confuses the public, or register domains, handles, or apps that imitate No One Is Coming, Atas, or Sidera Inc. without our written consent.
9. Product nature; no medical advice
The Book, the App, and related content are research-based informational materials. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for emergency services or licensed professionals. You will not market them as medical advice, as a guarantee of safety, or as making any plant or practice safe. County-alert features, if mentioned, are “your county’s warnings, in the US, and your province’s warnings, in Canada,” not an official warning service.
10. Term and termination
This Agreement starts when we accept you into the program and continues until either party ends it.
- You may terminate at any time by written notice (email is enough).
- We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, legal risk, or for convenience with notice.
- On termination, you must stop promoting with your code and remove active affiliate links within a reasonable time.
- Earned commissions that already cleared the refund window and do not arise from breach remain payable under Section 5, unless forfeited under Sections 4 or 6. Confidentiality (Section 7) and limitation of liability (Section 12) survive.
11. Independent contractor; no authority
You act as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, or agency. You may not bind us to contracts, speak for us as counsel, or collect money in our name. You are responsible for your own expenses, tools, and taxes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our owners, officers, contractors, and the author are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from this Agreement or the program. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions we actually paid you in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, the limit applies only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law; disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, courts located in Montana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, unless we both agree in writing to another forum.
14. Changes; entire agreement; severability
We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version and notifying active Affiliates (for example, by email or dashboard notice). Continued use of your code after the effective date of a change means you accept the change. If you do not agree, stop promoting and terminate under Section 10.
This Agreement, together with any written addendum we both sign and our then-current Site terms that expressly apply to Affiliates, is the entire agreement on this subject. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
